Requirements

The comprehensive track inspection vehicle is a special vehicle used to detect the geometric state and irregularity of the track. It is an important tool to ensure the safety, stability and comfort of driving and a guide for track maintenance and repair. The main operation management system in the vehicle is mainly composed of five functional modules, real-time data acquisition of track detection, real-time image processing, positioning point data collection, geomagnetic data processing, and pantograph network video collection.

To save relevant manpower and material resources, the customer urgently needs a complete set of KVM management systems and keyboard-mouse switches, which can find the location of poor track by collecting real-time data, graphics, positioning points, routes, etc., so as to repair or limit the speed of the vehicle, and determine the mileage section that should be planned for maintenance, and prepare a maintenance operation plan.
