Background
The Harbin Dispatch Office is located on the northwest side of the China Railway Harbin Group in Nangang District, Harbin, and is the last dispatch office project in China. The communication major on the first floor of the main building is mainly the data modulation system, new video server, etc.. The information major on the second floor is mainly the ticket system, travel service system, etc.. The signal major on the third floor is mainly TDCS system and CTC system. The fourth floor of the main building is mainly for the installation of equipment in the dispatching hall.
